My family and I spent New Years in Buena Vista. On December 30th we rented some snowmobiles in Salida and headed up Marshall Pass (10,842 ft.).
The weather was great all day only getting a little chilly near the end of the trip. We were a little disappointed in how bad the double snowmobiles handled (we had two doubles and one single). The single was MUCH more nimble and fun to drive.
The trip gave me a lot of time to mess with my GoPro. I used the suction cup mount a lot (mounted on the front of the snowmobile mostly). The resulting footage was pretty good:
